Product Information, Pricing, and Order Process

MapVault is dedicated to providing high-quality vintage map prints and antique cartography. Each item in our collection is unique and sold 'as is'. We make every effort to display the products and their attributes, including colors and details, as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance may vary slightly due to digital display settings or the inherent characteristics of vintage items. Detailed descriptions, including provenance, condition reports, and dimensions, are provided for each product. We encourage customers to review these details thoroughly before making a purchase.

All prices listed on the MapVault website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, shipping, or handling charges, which will be added to your total order at checkout. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, MapVault reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MapVault will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

When you place an order through MapVault, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance by MapVault. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will notify you if we are unable to accept your order. Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; rather, it is merely a confirmation that we have received your order.

From Our Vault to Your Home

Shipping, Delivery, and Returns Policy

MapVault ships internationally to a wide range of destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the item. These details will be calculated and presented to you at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. MapVault is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend reviewing your country's customs policies before placing an order.

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your MapVault purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@mapvault.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
